Here’s a run down of the seven incredible shows that you’ll be able to see at Broadway SF:

Shucked

This corn-fed, corn-bred American musical is a farm-to-fable musical about, you guessed it, corn! The hilarious show is a Tony Award-winning comedy, and is based on a book by Tony Award winner Robert Horn, a score by Grammy Award songwriting team of Brandy Clark and Shane McAnally and is directed by Hairspray’s Tony Award-winning Jack O’Brien. With such a stellar team, it’s guaranteed to be an outstanding night out. Shucked runs at the Curran Theatre between September 9 and October 5, 2025.

Suffs

Suffs is based on the suffrage movement and the American women who fought tirelessly for the right to vote. So it should come as no surprise that a trailblazing woman is the creator of this musical. Shaina Taub was the first woman to ever independently win Tony Awards for Best Score and Best Book in the same season. Suffs is also the winner of the Outer Critics’ Circle Award for Best New Musical. It runs at the Orpheum Theatre between October 21 and November 9, 2025.

Stereophonic

Take a look at the powder keg process of a band on the brink of blowing up. Stereophonic presents an up-and-coming rock band recording a new album in their music studio in 1976. Once they find themselves on the brink of stardom, the pressure almost causes them to break up. Stereophonic is the most Tony Award-nominated Play of all time and features original music by Arcade Fire’s Will Butler. Presented in association with American Conservatory Theater, it is on view at the Curran Theatre between October 28 and November 23, 2025.

The Notebook

You might want to bring some tissues with you for this one. The Notebook tells the heart-melting love story of Allie and Noah that broke and mended hearts in the iconic 2004 movie. The musical version features music and lyrics by multi-platinum singer-songwriter Ingrid Michaelson and reminds us all of the enduring power of love. The Notebook is on view at the Orpheum Theatre between February 10 and March 1, 2026.

Spamalot will have you laughing at the Golden Gate Theatre between March 3 and March 22, 2026.

Hell's Kitchen

This highly anticipated show comes from 16-time Grammy Award winner Alicia Keys and is bound to sell out quickly. Hell’s Kitchen is based on the story of 17-year old Ali who is searching for her place in the world, behind the watch of an overprotective single mother. She finds herself after a neighbor introduces her to the power of the piano. Set to a 90s soundtrack, Hell’s Kitchen is a love story between a mother and daughter.
