One of the most exciting times in California is the start of the NFL season. The state boasts three teams in the league, which means there’s plenty of excitement to be had on Sunday. Whether you’re watching from home or making a trip to the stadium, having a little knowledge about California’s major teams is helpful.

The San Francisco 49ers are the Bay Area’s lone representative and are slated for a successful season coming off their remarkable season last year which completed with a trip to the playoffs. Led by their stout defense, amazing skill position players, and the star quarterback Brock Purdy, the 49ers will be one of California’s most exciting teams this season.

Levi's Stadium is a leading arena for watching not just the 49ers, but attending concerts and other live events.

Ticket prices

Tickets to attend a game at Levi's Stadium are some of the most expensive in the NFL. A state-of-the-art stadium with a contending team does come with a cost to see them live. However the cost is worth it for a wonderful experience and the chance to watch one of the best teams in the NFL.

Tickets range from $150-$200 for nosebleed seats to upwards to $500+ for key seats. The most expensive games will be against other elite contenders with big-name stars like Oct. 27 against the Cowboys or Oct. 20 against the reigning champion Chiefs.

More affordable games will be against relatively lower-level teams. Great games to catch in this class would be Dec. 8 against the Bears and Nov. 17 against the Seahawks.

Join the Niner Faithful at Levi's Stadium for a great time watching one of the best teams in football.

Key Things to Know and Players to Watch

The 49ers are led by the surprising Brock Purdy. Known as Mr. Irrelevant, a distinction given to the player that is picked last in the draft, he emerged onto the scene and has cemented himself as one of the best quarterbacks in the League. He's led the team to the playoffs and is looking to add champion to his already impressive young resume. A lot of the team’s conversation will be driven by whether or not Purdy lives up to the hype.

There remains no shortage of offensive talent on this team. Despite Brandon Aiyuk's future with the team being in question, Deebo Samuel, Christian McCaffrey, and George Kittle will keep this explosive offense chugging along. The defense is no joke either, even though it's not loaded with big names like several years ago. They still maintain their identity as a team with strong linebackers and any defense with Nick Bosa on it will be a force.
